Maintenance Engineer | August 2009 – August 2016
- Maintain the 4 buildings on the main campus including the Church, Elementary and High School building and the 24-unit apartment building as well as the 135-acre campgrounds in Williamstown in the summer months
- Organize the regular cleaning of the campus utilizing volunteers to help cut costs
- Train people about new products, equipment, and procedures as well as IT training when necessary
- Repair the company truck I was given to drive with its plow as well as the commercial lawn mower and backhoe which I used for plowing in the winter and two tractors at the campgrounds
- Responsible for all landscaping, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (including large geothermal system)
- Work with the Siemens Apogee Energy Management System for the geothermal HVAC system in the Church building and make modifications to the PPCL programs as necessary to promote more efficient operation
- Work with the WattMaster system to run the geothermal HVAC system for the 24-unit apartment building
- Work with Carrier’s i-Vu system for controlling the HVAC system in the elementary school building
